Was turned around at the door by a Rent a cop and said they were closed so I asked what time do yall close he said 4:30 and I looked at my phone it was 4:28. These people forget they work for the Taxpayers and to take advantage of shortening the work hrs is theft.
If you hate working in customer service, find a different job. The representatives here are rude and nasty over the phone. Extremely dismissive and impatient.
With my graduation quickly approaching, I wanted to receive my plates before commencement. I called ahead but unfortunately the plates had not arrived yet. Nancy was very kind. She checked the status, took my number, and contacted me as soon as the plates arrived. Update: New plate order has not been good at all. Myplates says sent and manufacted 12/23.
