Muy amables las damas en ventanilla no tardo haciendo mis tramites hacen todo muy facil y rapido.
Ms. Sujaey was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, patient, and helpful when I had some problems at the tax office that I honestly had no idea how to solve. She took the time to explain everything and helped me get things figured out. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and kindness. Her being bilingual helped me understand things even better.
The best Tax office experience ever. Since I’m used to the rudeness of Harris county I wasn’t expecting much different here. To my surprise the cute short little Hispanic lady ( Fuentas I think was her name?) was such a pleasant breath of fresh air. She actually listened and cared about the issue I had. She was very polite and patient with me. She took her time and I didn’t feel as if I was being rushed or just another annoying customer with the same question as 50000 other people. Glad I chose to come to this office.
Great service and super fast!! Thank you!
