I have been to this location muptile times, and the employees have always been nothing but helpful.
Billie is the most rude unprofessional person ive ever interacted with. Took me 4 trips to switch a title into my name. Finally went to the dayton office and had 0 issues.
Got at the office at 3:30pm to do a title transfer. Billy announced at 4:05 that they don't do title transfers after 4:00.. no sign says any of this info. So i waited in line for 30 minutes and go nothing done. Thanks billy for wasting my time!!
Like many other DMV offices the employees here are poorly trained & not familiar with state laws & regulations. They will refuse to assist you if their computer has issues or think you have errors & are quick to redirect you to another agency or just tell you that you need additional (unnecessary) documents. But this is the FIRST office where the employee has actually apologized for refusing to help & being incorrect after getting a agent from the state help desk involved.
I hate dealing with government employees. These ppl are rude af and take their meaningless jobs way too serious.
