My brother is a resident at Liberty. We have had very positive experiences with the staff. He has continued to improve with his health and loves it here.

Cindy and staff gave me a tour of their facility. Rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and professional. Patients and residents seemed to be happy. I wish the facility were closer to my home. Of the three rehabilitation facilities I visited that day, Liberty Commons was by far the cleanest and most inviting.

Called and spoke with Cyndi to see if they had a bed available for my mom and she told me they didn’t but she went out of her way to give me information so that my mom would be admitted into another skilled facility along with options. If the others workers are this helpful I’d love for my mom to go here.

It was difficult for my loved one to get acclimated to being in rehab. However, the staff here really helped him to be comfortable. The social worker Cindy was outstanding in helping us as well as the billing person Tia, who kept my nerves down as we dealt with the insurance process. Thank you very much to all of the staff in helping my loved one.
