I appreciate the email updates in regards to my order being ready. However when I got to the store I had a 35 minute wait in the pre-order line in the meantime the other line for adult 21 was moving faster than the pre-order line. At one point we had one staff member serving waiting customers when there were 30 people in line. You need to do better than that! I have never walked into any store and waited behind 30 people to be served especially when my order was in in advance. This is poor customer service and poor planning ... read more
Always long lines. Even if you order ahead. Sometimes the order ahead lines are longer than pick up, and you’re forced to remain in that line. Expect to wait 1hr plus. Regardless of if you order online

Excellent dispensary experience. Everyone working there was kind and helpful, they had a large range of options, and the store was well-organized and efficient. There were a lot of customers at the store when I went, but I only had to wait in line for a few minutes. I would definitely recommend giving this business a try.
