Oh boy. Still waiting on 2020 taxes. They were filed incorrectly by liberty in April. When I received a notice from state tax saying there was additional info needed, i went back into see Pat. She made some corrections and snail mailed(rather then fax or online portal) more paperwork to fed and state taxes. But because they were filed wrong in the first place I'm still on hold for my return and was not able to receive any of the 300 monthly child tax credit advance. I took my 2019 and 2020 tax information to Patt Johnson, I paid her $260. I was just informed by IRS that my taxes were prepared wrong and I still owe $1200 plus late fees and penalties, in addition to the $1608 I already paid. I contacted Patt right away and requested that she handle this for me, she told me to call them and handle this myself.
