I was very impressed with the service at Liberty Bikes, super knowledgeable staff. Kind and considerate staff, I had my bicycle repaired there, The repair was wonderful, I will be buying my next bike there. I bought my 2020 Kona Mahuna from Liberty Cycle at a fair price, and I’ll give them credit for having a good selection and pricing. Some of the staff are also genuinely great. Unfortunately, my experience with management and some of the higher-ups has been very disappointing. I had a warranty part ordered through them, and I was told that when I came back from school in the spring, they would install it for free since the bike was still covered under warranty. Friendly atmosphere, and quality bikes in
Incredible service!!! Not only did Jeremy mange to sneak me in for a repair right away. He gave me an excellent tutorial on how to fix the problem myself next time. I feel very lucky to have Liberty as my local bike shop!
Got my specialized e bike fixed here and the service was excellent. I would recommend, thank you guys again for the great work!
