Very comfortable inviting atmosphere. Ian was able to answer all my questions. Even showed me other options without the salesman vibes. He went above and beyond showing me some new trails that I have not explored yet.
Excellent last minute service from Jeremy and Ian. I came into the shop in panic the day before my race and they sorted out my bike on the spot. They were both so friendly and helpful! You guys made my day!
I've always had a great experience here. The staff is knowledgeable and takes the time to understand my needs. I'm new to the sport and have felt like I've been treated with a lot of kindness and patience. Sometimes I just walk in for fun when I have a spare moment. Thanks Liberty :)
Liberty! Bicycles has been my bike shop for about a year, and I waited to write a review until I'd gotten a complete and long-term picture - I have, and it's extremely positive. had such a great experience at Liberty Bikes! Jeremy was incredibly helpful while we were trying on helmets and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. He took the time to walk us through different options, explained everything in a way that made it simple, and even showed us which products are best for cleaning and lubing a bike chain.
