Dont waste your time with these clowns,can't get a live person to call, never responds to messages. My other half had been chasing them for a simple move not far and will in no way pay a deposit without speaking to someone,so from business owner to business owner, your operation is crap, if I did what you do to my customers I'd be out of business. Common courtesy goes a long way, Do Better.
Professional movers, all experienced and had good teamwork to get my heavy item moved. It was a quick process. 3 stars for the additional $200 charged after the move. Was sent an invoice, then the next day they just charged my card on file. I gave them the weight of the heavy item and travel distance and they quoted me 3 movers. They sent 4. It is stated in their policy that they may send 1 or 2 more movers without additional notice and the cost may be around the same price. Only went with Liberty because they were the cheap... read more
