The 5 star is for the staff, otherwise this bank is terrible. Mon-Thurs they close at 3pm, Friday at 5pm when most banks stay open til 6pm, Saturdays not open when most banks are open on Saturday. The beginning of September, I will be closing my account.
Horrible experience, they treated me far different from their other customers. They seemed to act weird with me the whole time and just always are rude unless the customer is the same ethnicity as them. I don't understand why they would do that but say they do. There is a reason it's 3 stars not only cause of their service of the bank BUT also the workers just be VERY openly horrible to anyone not of their group. This isn't something that should happen period. It's very sad in this day of age it happens.
