Wow! Never ever have I encountered such gross incompetence. Grabbing my money and running. Simple transactions can take over an hour. I literally worked with a banker for over an hour just to close out a small account. Giving B.O.B. a really bad name.Â
I am a white veteran who attended a lecture at Hines VA. The lecture was extremely prejudice and I was insulted by the content. Needless to say I would never consider doing business with such a blatantly bias organization. Shame on youÂ
