I am a white veteran who attended a lecture at Hines VA. The lecture was extremely prejudice and I was insulted by the content. Needless to say I would never consider doing business with such a blatantly bias organization. Shame on you

Have been with this bank for years great staff. Wish they still had a location in Chicago.
I applied for a small business loan after speaking directly with the loan manager and getting her encouragement to do so. I submitted all required documents both personal and financial and never heard back from this bank. I called multiple times and was placed on hold and then disconnected or I would be transferred to a voicemail and no one ever returned my calls. I emailed the manager and her assistant and NOTHING.
