I’ve been a liberty bank customer for over 20 years! Enid Aviles was so helpful when I needed to meet in person and handle some important matters regarding my account I really appreciate it how she handled my request!
I have been a customer for many years and never had a problem with this bank. As far as this branch, Tony exceeds customer expectations. I needed a new debit card and he not only issued one but he trained a new employee in the most efficient and proper way to process my request for a new card. He even walked with me to the ATM to make sure it worked.
I love this bank. The manager is so kind, compassionate, and helpful. They go above and beyond.
Opened a new account for an organization that was just started, and I cannot express how impressed I was with everyone here at the Liberty Bank in Rocky Hill. I spoke with Tony and Irene on the phone, and later came in to complete the transaction. They had everything ready and I could have been in and out in under 15 minutes if they weren't all so friendly and easy to talk to!
