These guys are wonderful! They went above and beyond to help me get all the documents so we could get our mortgage. Very very helpful! Keep up the good work!
Liberty Bank is the worst bank to do business with. The Madison branch in particular gives off an extremely toxic environment. From how the employees are treated to the customers. Liberty Bank really needs to re-evaluate all of their staff and completely start over again. There are better banks to do business with.
My previous experience with Liberty Bank was excellent. After moving to Florida, however, I discovered that their website had changed and my previous UID and PW no longer worked. I called for customer assistance, and they asked for my address and phone number. They texted my phone and I confirmed the verification number. Then, with no further explanation about what was missing, said that I would have to visit a local branch.
