Lucia Gentles, provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my new account was opened, so I did not have to come back. They were supposed to close at 12, she stayed over to ensure the transitions was completed!!

The worst Ct Bank there is. Had several incidents with the bank amd my business account. Had a teller yell across the bank that I owed Liberty bank for my personal account amd business account in fromt if a lob y if people. Beware go elsewhere not to Liberty Bamk the worst in Connecticut.
