Friendly and helpful staff. One of my favorite Liberty branches to go to for in-person business
BEWARE of "COURTESY PAY". IF U HAVE NO MONEY IN CHECKN ACCT. BANK WILL COVER ANY OUTSTANDING, NO MATTER $1. OR MORE. THEN CHARGE U $35 EACH FOR PAYN. BANK COVERED 3 CHARGES TOTALING LESS THAN $20. CHARGED ME OVER $100 & WILL NOT RESCIND, STATING POLICY. CUSTOMERS DON'T MATTER AS I TOLD THOUSANDS ON FACEBOOK. MAKING $ OFF LONG TIME CUSTOMERS DOES. NO RESPECT OR CONSIDERATION AS COURTESY IS DEFINED. TAKE UR MONEY ELSEWHERE.
Very pleasant experience. New to the area and Neil help me out. They print debit cards in house so you get it the same day you open your account. Plus no monthly fees to open an account. Great experience.
Best customer service I've ever experienced. I had no clue how to navigate rebuilding my credit and finances; Kim and Neil helped me open an account and line of credit; walking me through best practices and long term goals. I seriously walked out of there feeling empowered and motivated. They are awesome!
