The people at the branch are good..it's the bank itself if you want to feel like your banking in the stone age or on if your looking for a straw-man solution to banking this is your bank. Constant issues. Online service shut downs, check with a liberty stamp taking for ever to clear I was certain my account was black balled when I first got with this bank it was so bad it hasn't gotten any better it's not the people it's the damn company
I recently visited Liberty Bank in Derby and was extremely frustrated. I was requesting a straightforward letter, but the teller, Jeffrey Olivo was dismissive and unhelpful. Another staff member nearby kept looking at me without offering assistance, which felt unprofessional. Because I couldn’t get help at this branch. Best Branch around everyone there is the most professional bank folks around. Leaving a credit union that feels like a morgue and liberty bank feels alive thank god. BTW locations are everywhere can’t even make out the state of ct there are so many location bubbles. You guys are the best.
