Negative experience. I went to open a business CD. On the phone I asked what documents were needed. He said just bring your EIN #. When I got there I was told they needed EIN on an official document. I left, but in the car found my BOIR filed with Us Treasury with my EIN online and email it to them. I went back in,waited around and was told the doc was not good enough. Wanted a doc notarized. Said I had to have an account. Asked to open an account and they refused. Went to Windsor savings bank and wasn’t a problem.
