Opened account. Always able to get someone on the phone locally instead of being sent to some call center like other Banks I've dealt with
Outstanding customer service, convenient locations, coin counting machine, everything I need for personal and business accounts.
I was in the branch today and was waited on by Jocelyn. The whole time she waited on me, she was sitting with her hand under her chin like she could not be bothered. I also did not think she was professionally dressed for work. I could see her tattoos on her hands, and upper arm. She was wearing an olive green t-shirt. Please show more respect to your customers by greeting nicely, and dressing appropriately.
Liberty Bank is wonderful. The representatives are not only knowledgeable, they greet you with a smile and often by name. Most recently, Lucian put in the extra effort to make sure my transaction was seamless. Highly recommended!
