The only reason I’ll will give this bank a 1 star is because my favorite teller Jocelyn is no longer there. Even though she lost all her belongings in a house fire including her fur baby she still showed up with a smile. When she left I also left to greenfield cooperative bank in south Hadley. Best move ever.
Liberty Bank is the best bank that I have experienced
Opened account. Always able to get someone on the phone locally instead of being sent to some call center like other Banks I've dealt with
