I needed to set up my new password on my phone app. Charles was pleasant, professional and set me up to use my app with ease. I love this branch.
Had the worst experience at this bank. Particularly this location. I drove from the Meriden location to this location because the tellers said were busy and to try another location. I came to this location thinking I was able to finish the rest of my application online (I just needed a proof of address) and Amy or whatever her name said that they don’t have access to applications online…. This branch has been helpful with any transaction I have needed.
This bank shouldn’t have hours posted. It closes randomly for no reason and Liberty already has crazy hours; this is one of the few branches that’s supposed to be opened today and it’s closed. Switching banks.
The folks at Liberty Bank in Middlefield are all wonderful.
