I used to use this Liberty all my life until I got fed up with their fees and customer service. Most recently I went to exchange $1000 worth of 20s to get $100 bills (I was on my way to purchase a vehicle and didn't want so many 20s). When I mentioned I didnt have a bank in the area and had to use ATMs to get the money, the brunette teller "Kelly" couldn't do the exchange in the case I was money laundering. MONEY LAUNDERING! I’ve been going here since I was a kid. Always been great! But the last couple of times I have gone — there is one brunette sitting behind the name tag Kelly and she just has the most unwelcoming demeanor. Lack of energy and a judgmental stare. I have no problem talking to the other ladies and going about my day with a smile but I should not have to walk into a bank I grew up loving to that sort of energy.
Me and my friend went to liberty to ask a simple question and one women in there with brown hair was extremely rude. Do not recommend!
