When an ATM at another bank accidentally stole my card, the amazing people at Liberty Bank were able to make me a new one with just minutes to spare as they were just about to close. I am so appreciative of them taking that time to help me so last minute!!!!
Terrible customer service, all around. Account has had fruad multiple times. Take hours of my time to dispute only to get denied. I have multiple accounts with other companies. Liberty Bank is the ONLY bank that has had fraudulent charges
