Absolutely horrible place, my dad is recovering from a stroke and he wrote a check out and the manager of the bank, had the audacity to tell him to his face that he needs better hand writing. Mind you he’s right handed, can’t use his right hand, so he’s using his left hand. What kind of professional establishment hires someone like this. I use CEFCU and this place and I highly recommend CEFCU over Liberty. This place is nothing but rude, lazy workers. I had a bit of a situation that had me go from here (whom I bank with) to Chase Bank. During all the confusion and trying to get things in order Maddie remained friendly, kind and patient. She sent above and beyond. I appreciate you Maddie!!
