Poor Customer Experience: I had an unfortunate experience at Liberty Bank in Fort Worth on Hulen St. The bank lobby has 2 sets of clear glass doors, one entrance at the Front outside corner of the building, and another that that faces the office building’s elevator lobby. It was a rainy morning when I walked into the bank lobby on my way to an upper floor office.
