Last month, my husband’s debit card was jeopardized. Most of the staff at Waterford Liberty Bank was helpful and understanding to the best of their ability. Several charges were processed. My husband filed the EFT claims and was assured that we would get our money back within a few days. However, after only one day, the fraudulent department deemed the claims were justified.
