Horrible "bank". Do not trust them even with the simplest tasks. 100% not a dependable bank. Banking with them is about to cost my business thousands. They closed one account without my permission due to "inactivity" and I went to cash a check for building materials 2 days before my contract has me breaking ground. I've banked with Liberty since I first moved into the area in 2009. I bought a home that's an hour away from any Liberty branch in 2023, and I STILL bank with them. My mortgage is also through Liberty. I have had a few instances of fraudulent use of my data over the past few years - not due to anything they did - and not only did they catch it & alert me immediately, they walked me through the process of righting the wrong on my end, and got the incident settled expeditiously on theirs.
