Terrible customer service and product knowledge. They insisted the dress I was buying could be altered and the bust let out. When I took it to my tailor I was informed it could not be let out as the seams were cut. I specifically asked if this was a possibility before purchasing. Then after finding out it was not possible to let out I contacted them back and was told too bad, they would not allow the dress to be returned because the seam was opened up. Should've just thrown $300 out, it would've been less of a headache.
