Saw Amanda for my tax return last year. She was great but this year I received a letter from the ATO asking me to check my work related expenses. I emailed Amanda and asked if she could please provide me with some details on my work related expenses calculations so that I could confirm that they were indeed correct. Amanda never responded to my emails or calls. No one ever answered my calls to reception. This was months ago and I have still heard nothing.
Amanda and Tony are very efficient, helpful and diligent. They manage all our company and personal tax. I am extremely impressed with their professionalism and skill. I would recommend this team to anyone interested from tax returns to business accounts.
