Have payment due today. Got a call while at work. Questioned why called. They now call on day due. Very unprofessional. When asked for email or phone confirmation was told lines down. Not down to call.
In speaking with Thema on 8/1/2025 approximately 8:30 am mountain standard time, I was trying to find out why they had not received payment that I had paid online on 7/31/2025, unfortunately I spoke with Thelma who was not very helpful, bad customer service, she tried to tell me that I might incur a $10.00 late charge if it doesn’t clear by today because they do not work on Saturday, I explained to her that this was my second loan I have received from them and never had any issues paying my payment online, she was very rude ... read more
