I took my very first Breathwork class. It was relaxing and also helped me to release emotions that I had been holding onto. It also brought up things from my past that didn’t realize were repressed or causing “issues”. I immediately felt safe and comfortable with Arlene. You can feel her passion and heart for wanting to help people. I would highly recommend taking her class and reaching out to her if you are looking to be a better version of yourself!

I’ve had one somatic breathwork session with Libélula Wellness and Holistic Inner Peace. I went to her to try and open my third eye more fully, begin to process my inner traumas, and guide me to an inner peace. Arlene Rivera is amazing. The breathwork I did with her guidance took me to places I’ve never been. It has had a profound influence on me. I highly recommend her if you have a need to be more open to everything this grand Universe has to offer.
