He very patiently listened to my rambling explanation of my issues, somehow made sense of it, and then gave me some very helpful advice in a clear and concise manner. I was being referred to Sam for company start up and name registration process. Sam initially explained to me about the process and his services. Upon paying the retainer( a very reasonable price), he started the application immediately, obtained grant from BC Company Registry earlier than anticipated timeline, and very resourceful throughout the process. I called Liang Tax Lawyers back in 2019 when I had a complicated tax matter with CRA. Sam spent with me on the phone about 30 minutes answering my questions an giving no BS advice. While other law firms wanted to charge me for 15 minutes "free" initial consultation.
