Li-lac is simply the best. I work nearby looking for a special gift for my son’s 18th birthday - John not only offered to package it for me for pickup later, but was kind, thoughtful and had ideas to make it extra special. I can’t thank John enough - for the best service (and chocolate), visit them in Hudson Yards!

Li-Lac has the World’s BEST chocolates. It’s the kind of quality that after two bites your brain is basically sapped of dopamine. The S’mores bar and the Peanut Butter and Jelly are pure artistry. The Nonpareils and Butter Toffee are so nostalgic but updated richly. The Hazelnut Squares are a technical miracle—I love how they break into bite sized fourths. Always the best chocolate! Freshly prepared and packaged well. A customer for decades.
We are from Connecticut and visited the shop in the West Village on 5/15/25. The gentleman who used to perform on Broadway was just a fantastic representative of the shop. He was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. We are used to chocolate from Hawaii, so our standards are very high. The dark chocolate coconut clusters were absolutely delicious. We will be going back every time we visit NYC....and we try to visit often. Cheers
