Whenever I've shopped here, I've experienced kind employees with lots of knowledge on their products. I love that I can get tiny amounts of herbs to try out for like a dollar or so before buying in bulk. This is my go-to herb shop. They also carry supplements and natural body products by big and small brands. I buy my shampoo and conditioner here. I've found their prices to be better than Amazon, sometimes.
I don't know why there are reviews saying that the staff is rude. They were extremely accommodating to me and this place is such a gem! The prices are more than fair and the selection is absolutely amazing. I hope they stay in business forever.
i’ve been going here for a while and enjoy the selection and employees. people seem to assume that they’re herbalist doctors and thats not really the case, they’re not qualified to answer all your health questions and diagnose you. nevertheless, they always answer my questions best they can and have also recommended me great naturalists. they’re honest on what they can’t/shouldn’t answer. it’s an authentic store, and appreciated. me and my sister both buy from them <3
Great ambiance, well stocked and very knowledgeable people. I got the help I needed. I'm very pleased.
