I purchased six herbs and my stuff came up to $24.50 I gave the guy $100 bill he looked at it went to get change came back and asked if I had a smaller bill stating that he didn't have change. I pull out another hundred and a twenty. He said oh if you have a new hundred I have change for that. So now I'm confused how do you have change for one hundred and not the other. THEY SELL EXPIRED MEDICATIONS. I GOT 6 OF THEM ON JULY 25 AND I TOOK FEW OF THE MEDICATIONS AND STARTED FEELING UNWELL AND WHEN I READ THE LABEL, I SAW IT WAS EXPIRED IN APRIL. THEY TRY TO ACT SMART BY PUTTING PRICE LABELS ON TOP OF THE EXPIRY DATE, SO PEOPLE CAN'T SEE THEM. I CALLED THE STORE AND THE LADY SAID WE ONLY HAVE TWO MORE IN THE STORE AND THAT ARE EXPIRED AS WELL.🤦♂️ AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO EXCHANGE AND CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND BECAUSE OWNER IS NOT THERE AT THE MOMENT. This would be such an incredible bounty to the community except that the people behind the counter are so rude, save for one gentleman who has given me some great tips and advice. Every other herbalist behind the counter has bristled at my very low-key questions. I really don’t get it. I love this joint but after this last episode, I can’t patronize this shop anymore.
