Tres décevant comme expérience. Pour faire des transactions fréquemment j’ai beaucoup d’expérience avec les notaire et c’est sans contre dit la moins bonne de toutes celle que j’ai eu. A éviter si possible!
Very friendly staff! Frank helped me with my transaction both for sale and purchase. He's been extremely helpful and very quick on response time. Highly recommend
Me Guanglei DIAO (Frank) was the notary that our buyers chose. He was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, did not meet closing dates. In 15 years of buying and selling real estate I have never seen worst. I would not recommend him to anyone. I don’t normally like to give bad reviews but this guy is something else.

During the sale of our house, the buyer chose to use a Notary at this Longueuil office. It took the Notary 2 attempts to arrive at the correct $ value of the money to be reimbursed to us for the sale. They verbally promised that the cheque for the amount would be available at their Belenger Street office (closer to where I work and therefore more convenient for me) on a certain day, but it was not available on that day.
