Je suis courtier immobilier depuis 2008 et j'ai fais plus de 1000 transactions en carrière et j'ai fais une transaction avec Maître Cynthia Gaudette et ca été une transaction fluide, très professionnelle, rien n'a été laissé au hasard, mes clients ont été aussi super contents de tout le déroulement du début à la fin! Alors j'espère avoir la chance de refaire des transactions avec Maître Gaudette. Je vous la recommande fortement!
Tres décevant comme expérience. Pour faire des transactions fréquemment j’ai beaucoup d’expérience avec les notaire et c’est sans contre dit la moins bonne de toutes celle que j’ai eu. A éviter si possible!
Very friendly staff! Frank helped me with my transaction both for sale and purchase. He's been extremely helpful and very quick on response time. Highly recommend
Me Guanglei DIAO (Frank) was the notary that our buyers chose. He was rude, disrespectful, unhelpful, did not meet closing dates. In 15 years of buying and selling real estate I have never seen worst. I would not recommend him to anyone. I don’t normally like to give bad reviews but this guy is something else.
