I don't know why UPS has that place listed as one of their drop off locations! They say they open at 12! It's 12:56pm they are closed! Had me walking 20 minutes for nothing! What was the purpose?
Have no idea how they are still in business they are never open the owners are a bunch of irresponsible people. Why is this an access point for packages if you are never open.
Hours are incorrect. I’ve been trying to retrieve my package as this is UPS designated access point. The time is now 2:15pm on a Tuesday and they’re still not open.
My refund was the highest it’s ever been
