The branch manager Shirley Rush is an amazing lady. I had called CS prior to showing up to inform them I had fraud on my card and needed to pick up a new card in branch. The CS didn't inform the canton branch I was rushing to get there after work and so I arrived at 5:03. The doors we locked and I seen Shirley at the door. She kindly asked me if I needed help and allowed me to come in even after closure to help me out as I had drived 40 minutes to get there.
