I love LGE and have been with them for years. But they really need to do something about their contact options. It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone and the app is difficult to manage in terms of finding where to send a message or read your messages. You almost have to go into a physical location to get any help.
Amanda Waters is incredibly knowledgeable. She made the auto loan process smooth and stress-free by clearly explaining each step and providing outstanding support. I highly recommend her for anyone needing financial guidance.
