The people here are top notch. In my visit, specifically Wesley Taylor and Lizzie Sullivan were exceptional! The true meaning of above and beyond.

I have done 3 loans with CU of Georgia Townelake and I have only experienced exceptional customer service on every occasion. They will fight hard to get you the most aggressive rate and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy
Wish I could have gotten the "above and beyond" service everyone else is talking about. Honestly I wish I had just gotten average service. Apparently they don't like doing credit checks when you want to refinance a $25k vehicle. I came in for this specific purpose. They asked if I know my credit score, which I didn't. I was the told to go figure that out and come back. I came in in the middle of the day, so this is either flat out laziness, or I was getting in the way of this woman's lunch.
