Amanda Waters of the Town Lake branch did an outstanding job of helping with a family trust checking account. She was understanding and professional in getting the account set up. Because of efforts, I decided to open a CD with LGE. I look forward to working with her in my future banking transactions.
Today I stopped in at my Town Lake LGE branch, at the recommendation of Ashley Rowe. I was assisted by Ryan in the office who spent time with me explaining my options. His patience and customer service were outstanding and a direct reflect of good leadership!
Walked in needing a new checking and savings account. Got signed up in under an hour. Also joined the high interest savings where I earn 4.75% back on my money. Amanda was the best!!
