If I could put a negative star I would. Last night it's ATM stole 500 dollars from me . It also let me put the the wrong pin in . Yeah I should of known my correct pin but I was tired and fighting depression plus the fact it took 2000 of my money with the wrong pin threw me off . Not the first time the machine ate my money so I assumed it was the machine not my pin . And I took the 1500 it gave me back and tried to the wrong pin on a separate machine. I am so happy delta community close my account I was happy to move on so easily this is not a good banking we and my wife been bank for 4 years I have 3-4 accounts and every 2 weeks I have a deposit hit me and my wife work for Cobb school they have close all my accounts and my paycheck will return to HR delta ho not care please do not bank with delta find another bank they will make your bills behind selfish bank I am happy to bank with chime they have more options more customers and better online banking delta is a fool to ... read more
My 71 year old aunt came into this location and said that Davina McFerrin was absolutely amazing to her. She said that Davina helped sort out a big mess regarding bill pay to the mortgage company. She said that she was very patient and caring through the entire process. My aunt isn't tech savvy but wanted me to let everyone know that this bank and specifically Davina truly cares for the customers. Thank you for helping her and being kind through it all!
