I saw Mr. Cruz today and I will definitely be recommending him. Very friendly helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend.
The guy is too busy to take any more people!! He works by himself as you can see by the reviews underneath and will mislead you and is not on top of things!! Will argue with you after you pay him!! Says he is doing his best but it’s not good enough! Do better! EDIT Oh look how fast he answered to a review! Otherwise to your message 5-10 business days!
I don't like leaving negative comments, especially for small businesses, but this is egregious and needs to be shared. His communication is horrible. I sent several emails asking an important question about my taxes, and he never responded. I know his email works because we have corresponded that way in the past. I feel like he just collected $300 for his services and wrote me off. Now I feel like I am on my own if the IRS ever decides to audit me. Just recently scheduled an appointment to do my taxes. Forgot the exact time, called several times on Friday prior to the appointment, no one ever answered. Owner answered on Monday with a terrible attitude stating that they were not open until 10 am. No courtesy skills on customer service, DO NOT recommend this place at all.
