Recently took a major delivery from LG Smith. 10-pallets and 16,000lbs. Driver refused to unload his truck. Didn't bring a pallet jack as required on the BoL. Driver refused to get out of the AC of his truck while reading his phone. He finally came out of his truck cab after realizing that we were not going to unload his truck for him (he could use our pallet jack and we would unload from the ramp of his truck with our forklift).
