If you get paid in RSUs or in any form other than a basic wage, run. Steve messed up an amended return we had to do. When that became apparent and I looked into other previous years, I discovered similar mistakes that cost me thousands in taxes. I asked for them to go back and look at those other years. Rather than doing that, fixing the problem and admitting an error (God forbid) I got an email the next day blaming me for his mistakes and telling me to find a new tax guy. Unbelievable.
