Terrible experience with the lady at the front, she is super disrespectful. I came in with a package and she said she couldn’t accept it because ups was closed, I was confused and started calling ups I asked her if there’s any way I can drop off the package and when ups comes tomorrow they pick it up she walks away and sits down in the back area. Just had a horrible experience with picking up my package from this company. The woman at the front window was rude and has a nasty attitude. She refused to give me the package even after I called ups in front of her and they explained that she can release the package to me because of the reference 2 agreement they have for packages. She pretended not to speak English and hung up on the ups representative. when she explained to me IN ENGLISH that i could not get the package. They speak no English but somehow take your package and then act stupid when you need to pick it up
Very Good to me and my family...I always enjoy the service.the worker very polite to me and my son.i can call first to see if package on the way before I go just because it say delivered to access point dont be there until next day...i can make sure of that?hard job to have.
The worker in the front has a very bad attitude and does not speak English willing to try to communicate with you. This was a very unprofessional experience.
