Recently started taking my girls swimming here and my youngest loves it! Great atmosphere and very polite and friendly staff that are always willing to help.

The swimming lesson and trainer was good but the booking process is a nightmare. Website has incomplete information and the voucher codes don't work. The app doesn't show you your bookings properly. Website doesn't exclusively mention if the slot is for children or adults but still let's you pay for it. Need to visit the centre every time for booking as no one picks the call. Cold and rude behaviour by front office. Poor customer service.

Despite being a paying member, I faced constant issues at Leys Leisure Centre. The membership card access didn’t work for the entire year, forcing long queues at reception to log in manually — often with only one staff member assisting while others stood around chatting. The app and website were unusable, making it impossible to manage or cancel my membership.
