We recently purchased a RC350 and had the pleasure of working with Corey Paez as our salesperson. He was phenomenal; showing us all of the features and capabilities of the car. He followed up with us in a couple of days and was polite and respectful, and his approach was a large part of the reason we decided to move forward with our purchase. Overall, this dealership was wonderful to work with; from the salesperson to the finance managers, they all made it an easy process. We highly recommend!

First things first. When I bought the car you had a callback for a defective part in the door handle. The deal ship never called me when the parts arrive. I had to call your organization to book my repair. You repaired the doorhandles in a timely manner however you scratch the leather on my drivers side door which I will be calling about tomorrow on 9/22/20 to make a complaint! My Lexus RX-350 was unable to start. I called Lexus road side assistance, they send a tow truck to assist me. The next day, the same thing happened. I called Lexus, it was my battery, the technician was in with a new battery for my car. So far, I can always count on Lexus of Palm Beach.
