I have leased or purchased a grand total of 11 cars at Lexus of Palm Beach over the past fifteen years;dating back from their stay at Congress and Okeechobee Blvd. Needless to mention the way I have been treated over the years. The service is first class and the sales force from Erick Kessler ( my salesperson) to Rick my service writer and Bill etc... They’re up to the task and make one feels right at home. Bravo !

I came in for regular maintenance and was handed a quote for an excessive amount of money (it should have been just a free check-up). Turns out they were trying to double-dip for services I paid for in the previous visit. Seems like an unlikely mistake. I will not be going back.
