Very nice when you are buying a car, they assure you are in good hands. Not the same treatment when you have an issue with your vehicle. They made me feel like a was bothering/complaining. I don’t ever want to deal with their service dept or the GM. It took them two weeks to change an old sulfate battery, fix a defective key and denied me change of 2 tires. Two weeks! I purchased three vehicle at that location. Never again. Mery
