I do my own work on our 2009 GX470 and the parts department has always been super nice and helpful to us in getting the right parts for our vehicle. Occasionally there has been a mixup, but we're all human and they have consistently made it right.
Avoid this dealership at all costs. Definitely not the level of service normally seen at a Lexus Dealer. They are in the midst of construction and service is at a snails pace. Over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When I inquired what was taking so long I was told they didn’t have enough help!
