They upped my current balance despite that I have paid extra monthly fees.Unable to reach out to customer service , completely ignoring me.

They duplicate charged my bank for a payment of $884 on a Friday. I called to get it corrected before 5pm. Their recording system kept me looping around until 5pm and then it said 'our offices are now closed' call back Monday. Meanwhile they've taken an extra $884 from my account and failed to answer the phone when I called during their posted hours. I would avoid them.
Definitely the worst. When you have a problem with them they never cares. When they have problem with you (even the problem turns out to be theirs), they will call you everyday. How fun is that.
