Pretty useless for my situation. I had a remote visit with this busienss a few months ago. To be fair, my nutritionist was very knowledgeable about nutrition. When I booked the initial appointment I made sure to ask and the receptionist confirmed that they did look at lab work and could order (or I suppose instruct me to order my own appropriate labs) to see my vitamins levels and whatnot. Emily is extremely thorough and knowledgeable in this space. Her technical expertise and kind manner made working with her a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone needing anything in the nutrition space!
Emily has been an incredible resource to me on my fertility journey! She has suggested testing things that nobody else has (food sensitivities, ferritin, inflammation, etc), is holistic but not in a rigid way and she is so supportive and empathetic! I recommend her as often as I can!
I loved working with Emily! She gave me so many helpful tools and recommendations to address some health and nutrition concerns I had, and her kind and personable approach made our sessions feel like chatting with a good friend.
Can't say enough about how much I appreciate Emily at LexStart Nutrition. She is so patient, kind, and helpful, and actually understands the struggles of mom life & how that impacts nutrition/feeding yourself & your family. She has been especially helpful in brainstorming ways to work with my ADHD, as that is something that makes meal prepping/planning challenging for me. Highly recommend her for whatever you are dealing with!
