I highly recommend LexStart Nutrition and Emily McGlone. Emily is a very knowledgeable and personable individual who helped me address some complex health issues. During the nine months of working with her, she used testing and food monitoring to create a nutritional plan I could follow. I learned a lot from Emily and always felt that she was there to answer questions and help me achieve the best plan for my nutritional needs.
