Im writing because I feel sad to see these other reviews. Ive been purchasing from LexMod for six years and I only had great experiences. This time I wanted to know the height of the Jive velvet chair and I emailed them several times and ended up getting responses from multiple people I was impressed with the customer service that came through. Very bad Experience. Long time delivery . Bad customer services , and Finally they send to you an open box and damaged item! DO Not waste your money and time. I ordered 2 sofas in late of June and i received my items in AUGUST on the 10th. there is a big scratch on top of one of my sofa's and the fabric under the sofa is ripped too. This seller is not responsible for any thing so save your money and your time too.
