Would not replace a $320 defective ink cartridge. I had been a regular customer, it was past their 30 day return window but I was waiting for the cartridge to empty. A defective product is a adefective product and should be returned by seller to manufacturer. I am a fine artist - not a print shop, it really hurt.

In this day and age what does it take to find every place you can leave a positive review for a company? It takes LexJet. LexJet continually exceed all expectations. And I laugh when I call them too cuz they are so nice about my learning curve. They also have an answer for every need I have come across. I can't say enough good about this company. Their products stand up to their exceptional customer service as well. Bonus!
LetJet is absolutely phenomenal to work with. Their customer service goes above and beyond time and time again. Shipping is incredibly fast and hassel free. Lexjet brand products are top quality, I am in love with the water resistant satin cloth. Real people answer phone calls and emails and give you real answers do your questions ( Thanks Nikki M. So unbelievably helpful. I will not be ordering media and printing supplies from anybody else. Five Stars!
