I called Alaris one month in advance to ensure that they were capable of covering a deposition. I was assured that they could. I reconfirmed the deposition one week in advance. Now with 4 days notice on a holiday weekend the reporter has fallen sick. Utmost unprofessionalism. Will never use them again and recommend that you look elsewhere.
