This company just emailed a full set of health records for another case to us. In addition, another e-mail link sent me to someone's one-drive files and I am not sure whose. I did take some time to understand if they are legitimate or not and they checked out although I am highly concerned about document handling and confidentiality if there is such a thing. I have attempted to talk with someone and left a few mess. but no one has called back.
You have agents that try to get rules(federal rules) wavied simply because your office is too incompetent to submit a correct hipaa compliant request with correct spelling and addresses. You then want to blame the other parties for your lack of attention to fine detail. Everyone working with legal cases needs a huge course in continuing their education for legal medical requests. It's grossly negligent how your operate
